Hi, I'm Soham Vishwakarma.
Aerospace engineering student who also writes code

I study Aerospace Engineering at Virginia Tech and minor in CS. About half of what I build is physical — drones, rocket nozzles, a lunar cargo lander I helped design — and the other half is software, mostly full-stack web apps. I like the spots where the two overlap.

Back in the day, personal sites were weird and personal — tiled backgrounds, visitor counters, "under construction" GIFs, and a `guestbook.html` nobody signed. I wanted this section to feel like that. ## Why a retro section? Because writing should feel less like a product and more like a **home page**. The rest of this site is polished — a terminal for my code, a blueprint table for my engineering.
